New Delhi, Nov. 26 -- Samajwadi Party MP Rajeev Rai on Wednesday slammed the Bharatiya Janata Party over Special Intensive Revision and said that the ruling party wants to come to power through unfair means.
Speaking to ANI, Rai said, "I had meetings with the officials in Mau. We will not accept all that is being done in the name of SIR. So many BLOs have died by suicide. The voter list of 2003 is missing. If they (BJP) want to come to power by such unfair means, we will protest against it."
Meanwhile, the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) on Tuesday boycotted work to register their protest against the authorities over the alleged suicide of a colleague in Kerala's Kannur.
