Washington DC, Jan. 29 -- In her first-ever briefing, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt warned that the Trump administration believes children of migrants 'not subject' to laws of the US when asked about Trump's executive order to end birthright citizenship.

Karoline Leavitt, the youngest White House press secretary in history, defended Trump's executive order attempting to end birthright citizenship, despite legal challenges from 22 state attorneys general.
