Darbhanga, May 15 -- Calling the NDA government in Bihar "Double Engine Dhokebaaz Sarkaar", Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi on Thursday alleged that he was stopped by the Bihar Police on his way to Ambedkar hostel in Darbhanga and said that the central government is against democracy, the Constitution, and the minorities.
