Guwahati, Feb. 26 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar highlighted India's commitment towards 'Act East, Act Fast and Act First' policy, while emphasising that Assam can act as a hub for the 'Act East Policy'.
The Foreign Minister addressed the Advantage Assam Summit 2.0 Summit in Guwahati alongside Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Tuesday.
