Jaipur, July 24 -- The Rajasthan Minister Kirodi Lal Meena said on Thursday that artificial rain will be done via drone for the first time via cloud seeding in Jaipur's Ramgarh Dam and noted that the US scientists visited the State for the same.

He further said that a No Objection Certificate is required from the Ministry of Civil Aviation to approve the artificial rain through cloud seeding.
