Patna, Oct. 22 -- The BJP-JDU led NDA allies have lashed out at the promises made to Jeevika Didis and contractual workers in Bihar by RJD Leader Tejashwi Yadav in a news conference on Wednesday

Former Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tarkishore Prasad said, "The people of Bihar have decided to ensure that the RJD and the mahagathbandhan, which we also call 'thagbandhan', do not come to power... His announcements are not going to impact the people or the elections in Bihar..."

BJP leader Sudhanshu Trivedi said that Tejashwi Yadav should stop joking with the people of Bihar alleging that if the RJD came to power they would take people's house in return for a job.
