New Delhi, April 9 -- Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Wendnesday condoled the death of Congress leader Kumari Ananthan, who passed away at 93 due to age-related illness.
Ananthan, who was the father of BJP leader and former Telangana Governor Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan, breathed his last earlier in the day.
Taking to social media platform X, Amit Shah said Ananthan Ji served the Tamil language and culture with the "utmost commitment."
