Hyderabad, July 26 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) MLC K Kavitha on Saturday challenged Congress leader Rahul Gandhi to ensure transparency and allow corrections in the Telangana caste census if he is genuinely committed to OBC empowerment.

Responding to Rahul Gandhi's public apology for not conducting a caste-based census during the UPA regime, Kavitha termed the remarks as "insufficient" and questioned Congress' missed opportunities during its decades in power.
