Pune, March 29 -- Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Saturday lashed out at the opposition for criticising the BJP over distributing 'Saugat-e-Modi' kits to poor Muslims and accused them of spreading a "fake narrative" on the Constitution and reservation during the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
The Shiv Sena chief highlighted Prime Minister Narendra Modi's achievements, including lifting 35 crore people above the poverty line and providing 80 crore people with free food.
He also mentioned various schemes like Lakhpati Didi Yojana, Drone Didi Yojana, and Jan Dhan Yojana, emphasizing that these benefits are available to people of all communities and religions without any discrimination.
