Lucknow, March 2 -- Hours after Bahujan Samaj Party supremo expelled her nephew Akash Anand from the party, the BSP Uttar Pradesh unit chief, Vishwanath Pal, said that Anand has "not been removed."

"Akash Anand has not been removed; Mayawati keeps changing the position of the members and workers of the party," Pal told ANI.

"Anand Kumar and Ramji Gautam have been made the National Coordinators of the party," he added.

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati on Sunday removed her nephew Akash Anand from all posts of the party. The BSP also announced the appointment of Anand Kumar and Ramji Gautam as the National Coordinators of the party.
