Mumbai, Sept. 19 -- Union Minister Pralhad Joshi on Friday mocked Congress leader Rahul Gandhi saying that even after so many relaunches he was still failing and stated that Rahul Gandhi himself is confused when he talks. The Union Minister added that instead of presenting their vision, they (Congress) disrespect people.

Speaking to the media on recent allegations of vote theft made by Rahul Gandhi, Union Minister Joshi said, "I do not know what he is trying to say. Our country has a good system, and we are the largest democracy. If people do not vote for them (Congress Party), then is it our fault? Why is he saying such nonsense?
