Amaravati, Sept. 15 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu on Monday directed the district collectors to adopt a humanitarian approach to win the satisfaction level of people, and said that more preference should be given for field visits to know the realities instead of confining to files in the office.
Addressing the fourth collectors conference at the Secretariat today, the Chief Minister said that district collectors play a key role in taking the public policies and welfare schemes to people, and they should prove their efficiency through their performance.
