New Delhi, Aug. 12 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Manan Mishra on Tuesday said action will be taken after a three-member panel, formed to investigate allegations against Justice Yashwant Varma, submits its report.

Speaking to ANI, BJP MP Mishra said, "...The committee will conduct an investigation and submit its report, and that report will be presented in the House. Thereafter, action will be taken as per the rules..."

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said that the three-member panel formed to investigate allegations against Justice Yashwant Varma will follow the proper process.

He said the committee will examine all evidence before making a decision.
