New Delhi, Feb. 3 -- Aam Aadmi Party leader and Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Sunday expressed confidence in the party's victory in the Delhi Assembly polls, claiming that people across Delhi have made up their minds to ensure Arvind Kejriwal's victory for the fourth time.
