New Delhi, March 26 -- Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai on Wednesday said that till date, 156 projects with a total cost of Rs 62.68 crore have been sanctioned to boost tourism under the Vibrant Villages Programme (VVP).
In his reply to a question by BJP MP Kesridevsinh Jhala, the Union MoS also mentioned that 662 border villages have been identified for development on priority under the programme.
