Rishikesh, Aug. 7 -- In the wake of a cloudburst in Uttarkashi's Dharali area, AIIMS Rishikesh Director Meenu Singh on Thursday said three victims of the cloudburst in Uttarkashi's Dharali area have been brought to AIIMS Rishikesh.
Singh said the 32-year-old patient is in serious condition with a spine fracture, while the other two are stable. More patients are expected, and two others were taken to the Military Hospital in Dehradun yesterday.
