Jakarta, March 21 -- The Fourth Session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA) adopted five resolutions initiated by Indonesia, respectively on sustainable production and consumption, sustainable peatland management, mangrove forest preservation, ocean protection, and sustainable coral reef management.

"Indonesia has initiated five out of the 23 resolutions adopted during the Fourth Session of the United Nations Environment Assembly," Laksmi Dhewanthi, expert staff of the Environmental Affairs and Forestry Ministry, in charge of international trade and industry, stated here, Thursday.

The Fourth Session of the UNEA was organized in Nairobi, Kenya, on March 4-15, 2019.
