Jakarta, Aug. 16 -- President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) again drew attention to the impact of artificial intelligence on job simplification, so that various aspects of human work in the future can be more streamlined.
"Administrative work that can be conducted by computers and artificial intelligence must be foregone," President Jokowi noted in his annual state of the nation address to Parliament on Friday prior to the celebration of Indonesia's 74th Independence Day on August 17.
Further, he called for the need to annul the number of inefficient and irrelevant organizations and officials.
President Jokowi stated that the use of latest technology had opened up opportunities to make things easier, economical, and faster.
