Denpasar, Bali, Feb. 4 -- Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto is upbeat that the establishment of an international hospital in the Sanur Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Bali could serve as a pilot project for other regions.

"We hope (the establishment of) this hospital can be replicated in other regions since the number of our advanced hospitals and health centers is still relatively limited," he stated in Denpasar, Bali, Saturday.

He noted that the number of quality hospitals in Indonesia is still disproportionate as compared to the number of residents.

The international hospital in the Sanur SEZ reportedly has a total area spanning 41.26 hectares, with 55 percent of green area, he remarked.
