Jakarta, Aug. 16 -- The Indonesian government strives to impose a policy to use B30 fuel comprising a blend of 30 percent biodiesel and 70 percent diesel fuel following the positive impact of the B20 policy on the country.

President Joko Widodo (Jokowi) made the statement during his second annual speech at the legislative complex, Friday.

"We have increased the use of biodiesel fuel by launching the B20 policy. It is now time to migrate to B30 that will augment biodiesel usage by 30 percent. However, we have the capacity to impose full use of biodiesel fuel (to replace diesel fuel), or the B100 policy," the president remarked during the state of the nation address.
