Jakarta, Feb. 3 -- Indonesian Foreign Affairs Minister Retno Marsudi reminded the European Union (EU) member states to be consistent in respecting international law, including in the issue of Palestine and in responding to the crisis in Gaza.

While speaking at the 3rd EU Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum in Brussels, Belgium, on Friday (February 2), Marsudi called on the EU to use its conscience to stop Israeli atrocities in Palestine.

"As a supporter of international laws, the European Union must be consistent in the issue of Palestine because consistency between values and actions shows our true morality," the minister noted in her press statement.
