Jakarta, Sept. 8 -- Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK), and Health Ministry organized the COVID-19 second-dose vaccination for 7,500 employees in the financial services (IJK) and payment system (SP) industry as well as the public at the Indoor Tennis area, Senayan.

Today's vaccination is a follow-up of the first-dose vaccination given on June 16-17, 2021.

"Vaccination is a game changer for the nation's economic recovery. Hence, BI continues to support the acceleration of vaccination in regions through the BI Regional Representative Offices by coordinating with local governments and related institutions," BI Governor Perry Warjiyo noted in his official statement here on Wednesday.
