India, March 8 -- In a shocking incident near Karnataka's Hampi, two women, including a 27-year-old Israeli tourist, were allegedly gang-raped while stargazing near Sanapur Lake late Thursday night. According to police, the attack occurred around 11 p.m. when the victims, along with three male tourists, were enjoying music by the canal after dinner.

Among the male tourists, one was from the United States, while the others were from Odisha and Maharashtra. The second victim, a 29-year-old woman, operated the homestay where the Israeli tourist was staying.
