Sri Lanka, March 27 -- Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Lands, and Irrigation K.D. Lalkantha states that necessary steps will be taken to manage wild animals based on the recent census conducted.
Speaking at a press conference held in Kandy, the Minister mentioned that the report of the recent census, which covered toque Macaque monkeys , monkeys, peacocks, and giant squirrels that cause damage to crops, is expected to be released tomorrow (28).
