Sri Lanka, Aug. 3 -- A new service counter for the issuance of necessary driving licenses to foreign nationals visiting Sri Lanka for travel will be launched today (03) at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) premises in Katunayake, Commissioner General of Motor Traffic Kamal Amarasinghe, stated.

The Commissioner General of Motor Traffic noted that up until now, the service was provided only at the Department of Motor Traffic office located in Werahera, but from today, for the convenience of tourists, the same services will be initiated at the airport premises.
