Sri Lanka, Nov. 9 -- Sri Lanka's official reserve assets recorded a marginal decline in October 2025 compared to the previous month, according to the latest data from the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL).
The gross official reserves were provisionally estimated at US$ 6,216 million as at end October 2025.
This includes proceeds from the People's Bank of China (PBOC) swap arrangement equivalent to US$ 1.4 billion, which remains subject to conditionalities on usability.
The CBSL noted that the total reserves stood at US$ 6,244 million at the end of September.
