Sri Lanka, Dec. 13 -- Steps have been taken to temporarily close the Somawathiya-Sungavila main road once again.

Polonnaruwa District Secretary, Sujantha Ekanayake, stated that the decision was taken in view of the flood situation caused by the prevailing heavy rainfall experienced in the area.
