Sri Lanka, June 19 -- Manjula Senaviratne of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya was today (19) elected as the Chairman of the Aranayake Pradeshiya Sabha after securing 16 votes.

G.W. Iresha of the Sarvajana Balaya was nominated and unanimously appointed as the Deputy Chairperson of the Aranayake Pradeshiya Sabha.
