Sri Lanka, April 23 -- Two individuals have died after the police opened fire at a three-wheeler that failed to comply with the orders to pull over.
The incident took place near the tyre factory in Moragahahena.
Another individual who was inside the vehicle at the time has meanwhile escaped.
