Sri Lanka, Sept. 14 -- Illankai Tamil Arasu Kadchi (ITAK) Batticaloa District Member of Parliament Gnanamuththu Srineshan has sustained injuries in an accident.

Accordingly, he has been admitted to the Batticaloa Teaching Hospital.

He met with the accident in Kaluvanchikudy while returning to Batticaloa in his vehicle after attending a political party meeting.
