Sri Lanka, Feb. 18 -- Visiting Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Kristalina Georgieva has held discussions with Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya in Colombo.
The meeting took place at Temple Trees.
During the meeting, Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva commended the government's ongoing economic stabilisation efforts and its management of recent economic challenges and natural disasters, according to the Office of the Prime Minister.
Meanwhile, IMF Managing Director Kristalina Georgieva also held discussions with President Anura Kumara Dissanayake at the Presidential Secretariat.
