Sri Lanka, July 28 -- The Colombo High Court has ordered that the case filed by the Attorney General against Yoshitha Rajapaksa, son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, and his grandmother, Daisy Forrest, over the alleged unlawful acquisition of assets worth approximately Rs. 73 million, be recalled on September 22, Ada Derana reporter said.

The case was taken up today (28) before Colombo High Court Judge Sahan Mapa Bandara.

President's Counsel Sampath Mendis, appearing on behalf of Yoshitha Rajapaksa, informed court that a forensic audit report had been submitted as evidence in this case.
