Sri Lanka, April 21 -- Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe has been summoned once again by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) in relation to a statement he had made about the bribery case filed against New Democratic Front MP Chamara Sampath Dassanayake.

Accordingly, former President Wickremesinghe has been requested to be present before the Commission at 09.30 a.m. on Thursday (April 25).

The former President was previously summoned to the Bribery Commission on April 17.
