Sri Lanka, Sept. 11 -- Former Director General of the Urban Development Authority (UDA) Sumedha Ratnayake and a former Director of Lands of the UDA have been arrested.

The duo has been arrested by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC).
