Sri Lanka, May 28 -- UPDATE: The total weight of the narcotics found in the two multi-day fishing trawlers intercepted in deep seas off Sri Lanka's southern coast yesterday (27), has now been estimated to be 778 kilograms, according to the Sri Lanka Navy.

Authorities following through inspection have found 275kg of heroin and 503kg of crystal methamphetamine (ICE) in the two fishing trawlers.

The haul of narcotics found in the two multi-day fishing trawlers detained in deep seas off Sri Lanka's southern coast yesterday (27), has now been estimated to be over 600 kilograms, the Sri Lanka Navy said.
