Sri Lanka, April 12 -- The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) has obtained a 90-day detention order on former State Minister Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan alias 'Pilleyan' for further questioning, the police said.

The former State Minister was arrested by the CID on Tuesday (08) in Batticaloa, in connection with an investigation being conducted by the CID.
