India, June 25 -- Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has set up a Product Application and Development Centre (PADC) in Paradip at a cost of Rs 43 crore on 5 acres of land adjacent to the company's refinery and pharmaceutical complex, to facilitate the growth of polymer industry in Odisha and eastern India.
