India, April 16 -- Asian equity benchmarks are trading in green in the early deals on Tuesday, on optimism that the global economy is likely to avoid a sharper downturn. Japan's Nikkei is in positive territory with the firm trend in the big three mobile carriers after market leader NTT Docomo announced smaller-than-feared price cuts, soothing concerns about a price war.
