Manama, Feb. 7 -- Zain Bahrain, a leading telecommunications operator in the Kingdom, has launched an internal gamification and training platform called 'Travel in the Digital World' for its employees.

The new platform is part of Zain Bahrain's main developmental initiative that focuses on employee up-skilling and reskilling in digital fields; the training platform will enhance employee engagement by gamifying the entire learning experience.

The platform developed by Zain Bahrain's internal team promises to provide adventure and stimulation by altering the learning style into games and granting the employees game-like rewards such as points criteria, badges, and leaderboards.
