Dubai, Jan. 13 -- Global law firm Clyde & Co has announced the appointment of Neal Ysart as Lead Regulatory and Investigations Advisor to launch a new consultancy service within its Regulatory and Investigations practice in the Middle East. Neal will be based in the firm's Dubai office.
