MANAMA, March 19 -- The Kingdom of Bahrain's commitment for promoting values of acceptance and human coexistence for a world of greater solidarity, peace, and prosperity has won global recognition through a UN resolution.

Dr. Shaikh Abdulla bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the Minister of Transportation and Telecommunications and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the King Hamad Global Center for Peaceful Coexistence in his speech highlighted the historic achievement of United Nations recognition of the International Day for the peaceful Coexistence, a milestone led by the Kingdom of Bahrain through the King Hamad Global Center for Peaceful Coexistence.
