Ludhiana, Feb. 16 -- Punjab Agricultural University on Wednesday commenced a ten-day training course on plant disease management wherein a total of 18 candidates, including six women, from different states are taking part.The training course is based on the topic, application of molecular epidemiology and simulation modelling for plant disease management. Gurinder Kaur Sangha, dean of post graduate studies, PAU emphasised the role of modelling in understanding the main determinants of epidemic development.
