Luang Prabang, March 30 -- Young military officers of Vietnam and Laos engaged in an exchange on March 28 in the northern Lao province of Luang Prabang, promoting the traditional solidarity and friendship between the two countries. Deputy Defence Minister Senior Lieutenant General Hoang Xuan Chien and his Lao counterpart Senior Lieutenant General Vongkham Phommakone attended the event.
