Hanoi, Sept. 15 -- A ceremony marking the 80th National Day of Vietnam (September 2) was held recently by the Vietnamese Embassy in Ankara, reflecting the growing friendship and multifaceted cooperation between Vietnam and Turkiye.

Ambassador Dang Thi Thu Ha reviewed Vietnam's achievements over the past eight decades, highlighting similarities that connect the two nations despite geographical distance. She stressed that bilateral relations, nurtured by generations of leaders, have made important progress in recent years, particularly in trade, economic cooperation, and defence.
