Hanoi, March 26 -- Madam Ngo Phuong Ly, spouse of Party General Secretary To Lam, received Madam Loo Tze Lui, spouse of visiting Singaporean Prime Minister Lawrence Wong, at the Presidential Palace in Hanoi on March 26.
