Hanoi, June 4 -- Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Thi Thu Hang has spotlighted the significance of Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh's upcoming trip from June 5-14, which includes attendance at the third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC 3) and bilateral activities in France, and official visits to Estonia and Sweden.
