Hanoi, Jan. 9 -- Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Environment Phung Duc Tien highlighted the profound humanitarian significance of the "Quang Trung Campaign," launched to rebuild homes for people affected by storms and floods in 2025, while addressing the Government's regular press briefing on January 8.
