Paris, Sept. 18 -- A delegation from the Vietnamese Embassy in France led by Ambassador Dinh Toan Thang attended a ceremony to reinstate the memorial plaque to President Ho Chi Minh as part of a working visit to the southern port city of Marseille on September 16 and 17. Speaking at the plaque reinstatement ceremony, Thang recalled with emotion that he himself had been present at the initial unveiling of the plaque on the facade of the headquarters of the local daily La Marseillaise in November 2021. That past event marked the 110th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's first arrival in France on his journey to seek a path for national salvation.
