Hanoi, Oct. 9 -- Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has highlighted the message that "each citizen is a soldier, each family is a stronghold, each locality is a fortress in the fight against drugs," calling on all people to condemn and reject the existence of drug-related crime and social issues, as well as to inform and report drug offenders to the police.
