Tokyo, Jan. 26 -- In the buoyant atmosphere following the success of the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), overseas Vietnamese communities, including those in Japan's Kansai region, are turning their attention towards the homeland with renewed confidence and expectations.
